Pershing recently introduced Quick Client Support, which is a service that provides instant access to information in regards to Pershing’s technology, operations within NetX360 and many other areas of the system.
Once logged in to NetX360, go to Resources, Resources Home, Quick Client Support. Then simply click on an area of interest and you will be able to view or download the documents or instructions that relate to your inquiry.
You will be able to search by Frequently Asked Questions such as How do I locate a Pershing Private Investment Form? or How do I request a stop payment on a check that was issued from a client’s account?
You will also be able to search by Topic Index such as Statements and Confirmations or Tax Reporting.
Please log on to Pershing’s NetX360 and start using this valuable service today!
